Prof. Vito Pansadoro graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University “La Sapienza” in Rome. He has been the Chief of the Department of Urology in several hospitals in Rome, including the C.T.O., San Camillo, San Raffaele and San Giovanni Hospitals. Actually, he is President of the Vincenzo Pansadoro Foundation, dedicated to Uro-Oncological Research and Director of the Urologic Laparoscopy Center. He has focused his interest particularly on Urologic Oncology and on reconstructive surgery of the urinary tract. Since 1990, he has a special interest in laparoscopic surgery, which has led in recent years to the development of a series of innovative techniques for which the Vincenzo Pansadoro Foundation has received international recognition. Prof. Vito Pansadoro is a specialist in Urology, Pediatric Surgery and in Gastroenterologic Surgery. He is an independent Professor at the University of Rome. He is a member of the most important Italian and International Scientific and Medical Societies. He is the author of over 150 articles published mainly in international peer-reviewed scientific journals and has written 4 books on Urology.
