Ureteroplasty
Sometimes the ureter can present with congenital or
iatrogenic strictures due to prior surgery. In these cases, laparoscopic surgery is ideal due to the degree of magnification of the surgical field, which permits accurate preparation of the ureter and almost microsurgical reconstruction.
